Joh 4:23 CSB  But an hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in Spirit and in truth. Yes, the Father wants such people to worship him. With the advent of the Messiah the time came for a new order of worship. True worshipers are those who realize that Jesus is the Truth of God and the one and only Way to the Father. To worship in truth is to worship God through Jesus. To worship in Spirit is to worship in the new realm which God has revealed to people through the Bible. The Father is seeking true worshipers because He wants people to live in reality, not in falsehood. Everybody is a worshiper but because of sin many are blind and constantly put their trust in worthless objects.

Eph 3:16  I pray that he may grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with power in your inner being through his Spirit, According to the riches of His glory, Paul is going to ask that the saints might be spiritually strengthened. But to what extent? In abundance, consonant to the riches of His glory; not “according to” the narrowness of our hearts. There is a difference between the expressions “out of the riches” and “according to the riches”. A wealthy person might give a trifling amount; it would be out of his riches, but not in proportion to them! Paul asks that God will give strength according to the riches of His perfections. John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. In Christ, we live an abiding life, whereby the Holy Spirit dwells in us, and we in Him, by grace through faith and obedience in the Word of God In Christ, there no longer exists an impediment to entering the presence of God if one goes through Jesus Christ. His flesh, slain and risen, becomes the way or entrance into the Most Holy Place. In Christ. the whole building, being fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.
